Is it safe to order online?

Of course. être uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online please contact us to arrange payment.

Are my personal details safe with être?

être practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and do not share any of our customers' information with any other parties.

How much does delivery cost?

Australia wide delivery is free for orders over $149 unless otherwise noted.

Australia wide delivery for orders under $149 is currently a flat rate of only $10.

We currently deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post.  We send parcels via Regular Post or registered post.

Does être deliver worldwide?

Yes, we will ship all over the world. We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order.

When will my order be sent?

Orders will be dispatched from être within 2 business days after purchase.

When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 2-6 business days from leaving être depending on your location. International delivery times may vary.

How can I place an order?

What are the returns/exchange policy?

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange or refund the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unworn, unused and with labels intact.
