We love a happy customer! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return or exchange your online item, contact us and we can arrange an exchange or refund.
- ONLINE REFUNDS/EXCHANGE -
We understand buying clothing online can be difficult at times and we aim to make the process as simple as possible. If your item doesn't suit, we will happily issue a refund or exchange when available. Please note, postage costs will not be refunded.
Post the item(s) back to our returns address and upon inspection of the garment(s), we will issue the refund/exchange.Items must be in the original purchase condition, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging with all tags still intact. We recommend that any returns are sent via Australia Post Parcel Bags.
